Posts: 256 | So ive read some older posts about people using single or double 16 and 20 bucktails but so far the largest ive seen available on the market is a double 13. Where can I finde bucktails of that size?

Posts: 114 | I don't think any reel can sustain pulling size 20 blades, that's why you dont see them. They will tear the reels gears to sheds.

I've made a few with double 20's. 10/0 tail hook, 7/0 front hook. Super duty clevis', .080 wire. Brass body that you can put pellet weights in. Made for trolling 3-4 mph.

Compare a 13 to a 8 blade. That's about the difference ratio from a 20 to a 13.

Posts: 386 | There was a tv show where they essentially trolled one of those wall decoration plugs for lake trout. Monster quest maybe? It's funny to me how many of the fishing shows on Discovery, Animal Planet, etc., are sensationalized garbage. But yet I still watch them

Posts: 1425 Location: St. Lawrence River | To answer the question, you probably won't find them commercialy manufactured. Build them yourself or have a custom bait maker build you some....
