My favorite moment in all this stuff, waiting for them to get their strength back so they can be caught again in future years. | After fighting this fish for 35 minutes, I was a bit out of energy to lift it anymore than this high. Guide said 120lbs, but all I know is that it was BIG! Spooled me two times, with me standing on the front deck as the boat chased it down. Reeling like a mad man, looking like Corky Thatcher working the spinning rod with the handle on the WRONG SIDE for me! | My little fighter! Battled the fish for 25 minutes, gave up and handed the rod to me, I fought it for another 10 minutes. I then say to Nikki "did you see that fish!!!???!!!!?" and she's bent over, sick as a dog. Puke, Puke "can you bring me in?" | Best day of my life, no doubt about that. |
