My son Tim fishing a M1 outing on Bone Lake. As I recall, he boated one (bass) of two fish all trip. Then back to the motel for endless of Moumtain Dew, cookies and other junk food.

Al Warner, PapaJoe and my dog Shady camping/fishing on Lake X in the Yoop. Man, Al sure can cook.

Daughter and I double on nice walleye. Her's was 31" and 9#, mine was 28" and just shy of 8#. I released mine and hers is going on the wall. Should be awesome.

Another nice walleye for my daughter Rachel. This fish put up a fight like I've never seen in a walleye. She brought it to the boatside surface maybe 3 times but each time the fish turned and buldogged down and out if sight again. Thank goodness for clean reels and good drag washers. I put the net to her about the 4th time we brought her to the boat. What a memorable fish. We released it after the photo.

Daniel W. battles a UP muskie at boatside. (Take a kid fishing!)

Rachel's biggest fish, about 20#s river carp. What a battle, it was like reeling a German Shepard. We had to use light muskie gear for the big ones.

My ice fishing instructor, Mr. Bluegill, just won't leave when the fish are biting.

Best of 2003. Most memorable. SLOOOWWW witching a grannie back to the boat, maybe 12 feet out I let it suspend in the clear water for a long time to me, 15 seconds. She suddenly blazed in from underneath and hammered the bait.
