I caught this on Rowan lake out of Nielsen's fly-in lodge opening day. The fish was 52.5 with out pinching the tail. So it was probably 53.5 She hit a top raider 10 inches from the boat!!! It was truly an amazing sight. Did not get a girth or a chance to really pinch the tail and get an exact measurement but I did hold it up to my measuring stick before I released her. It was so heavy I could barely hold her up for more than a few seconds!!
