Location: Minneapolis, MN | I've found the cabelas MTP polar weight items to be a good value. As much as I am interested in the more expensive items, it's just hard for me to spend that kind of money.
Just a side note, shouldn't this be in the tackle and equipment forum? Seems like it would make searches more effective. |

i'll have a list of products and prices for Alpaca products by next week if anyone is interested. this is from a friend who raises Alpaca's in New York State. I've bought from them before and they are great products and presented well. i think the products are made through a co-op they have their so as original and authentic as they come.

| Wickers is actually American made and not stupidly expensive. Problem is, only place I have ever seen it sold is Fleet Farm and Sierra Trading Post. Otherwise you have to order it online, but worth it. How often do you find something made in America that is cheaper than the china stuff?

one thing I started wearing years ago that definitely adds to the overall comfort level is a neck warmer..get a good one..Ice Armor has a nice one...
You can call it a scarf. It's okay man. I wear one too. The plaid one's for church.
He's right....they're awesome....and they work. A scarf would be annoying, these are slick and they REALLY make a difference in your overall comfort in the wind. |
