I had a friend resize the pic of the pin bent over a piece of hard wood. Note this pin is a little on the heavy side. The pin on the Suick are smaller diameter and made of brass easier to bend. The pin install is identical to the Suick installation

If you like I could take steps of the pin cutting and bending for better clarification, my previous post as step by step of the process

Thanks Geno, I can do this too. I was more concerned with what Suick did with the other side of the pin to secure it...or not!
I'm a mech. designer by profession. Just curious as to how it was manufactured.
