| Hi everyone,
Recently I've had several incidents of fish flopping out of my net. Thankfully it hasn't cost me anything more than a photo of a high 30"s tiger at this time, but I feel that sooner or later it will cost me a really nice fish unless I get a bigger net. The net that I have has a rubber bag, which I really like, but it seems that most of the dedicated musky nets are cord bags. Any advice or product suggestions? Thanks, Fred K. in Utah. |

Location: NE Ohio | get a musky size BECKMAN or FRABILL with a deep rubberized bag and a flat bottom. end of problem. |

| Yep, I agree. I used Beckman for years, great nets. I currently have a Frabill, not the biggest one (my buddy has that), but both nets are great and hold all my/our fish. I am looking at the larger Sto-master for my next net...I hear lots of good things, but my net is still good-to-go....so I will wait. A big hooped, deep net is what you need. |

Location: Almost Heaven | If the hoop is big enough, buy a replacement bag that is deeper. Most muskie shops online have them. |

| I have a power stow 30x32 musky net and even the biggest muskie would fit inside no prob, heck I can fit inside the net. 40" fish look tiny in there. The net is rubber coated to help with hooks getting caught up and supposed to be better for the fish, but clearly not as good as a real rubber bag. |
