Hey all fishing Minnesota (metro and north) Is it to early for top water? Does everyone wait for time of year or water temps? Happy Hooking!

Nope.I've had a best first opener of 4 over 40" all on top water one year. Never to early to try it, regardless of where you fish.i wouldn't waste a whole day or a lot of time chucking anything that doesn't move fish or get action but it's always worth a shot anytime of year, unless they bounce off the ice!
