The 34th Spring Classic hosted by the Headwaters chapter of muskies inc is this coming weekend.June 14th and 15th.Tournament headquarters is at the Hiawatha hideaway on US 45 in eagle river.It is a release only,no transport,judge boat format.Entry fee is $330 per team and can be fished with 1 or 2 team members.Payout is $15,000 for 1st based on a full field paying to 10 places.For more info or entry please call Scott Samuels at 715-547-3340

Actually, it was "only" eight fish--not nine, but I'm told they caught three or four more just a bit too short to measure. I'd say they found just a "little bit" of a pattern. Great job on what has to be a record performance. They certainly put on a musky clinic for the rest of us!

Junkman / Marty you’re truly a humble man of class and honesty. However congratulations are also in order for you and your partner Seamus at the Classic this weekend; with a very impressive 2nd place finish and BIG fish on Saturday. You guy’s earned that check with a very impressive 4 fish total average. Not small fish by any measure. Awesome job

Nice job Marty!! We will see you next weekend during the PMTT. Now you need them fish to qualify for your home waters. So don't sit out on the chain all week beating your pattern up too bad. Congrats
