Been working on various stuff lately. After beeing absent from the bait building for a while, it fired up again last fall, when I got a garage. I also bought a lathe. The baits in the bottom pic. is still missing their curly tails...

I would love to see how the bottom one in the second pic works. Would be interesting with that lip and line tie placement.

Thanks guys.
ToddM: My idea was to cut the lip quite short, and use it as a jerkbait. But I never got around to do it, and it didnt run very well as configured on the picture, so I ended up with moving the line tie, to the lip. I will try to make the original idea, with the short lip once, but it ran very well as a crankbait when I moved the line tie to the lip.

Still pretty cool. One thing you could have tried was heating and bending the lip more vertical. Bet it would have worked then.

Wow Pikopath making baits thats awesome to hear. I still have that one glide bait you sent me, I need to find a painter to repair it though as I accidentally hit a giant sharp rock I'm mid air and chipped off (well its still hanging on) a piece the size of a dime right by the eye, I wasn't too happy about ruining that glide bait. Loved that thing! Got any idea how i can fix this myself? would just epoxy work?

Thanks guys. I was out testing the topwaters yesterday and they ran quite good.
@muskywhored, Its good to be back :), thanks to elGARRO I can continue with this hobby.
Ive fixed some baits myself with devcon epoxy, its the cleares regular epoxy Ive found. It isnt pretty, but it gets the job done.
