I have the 8'6xh, like it a lot. Very light weight and has a nice fast action on it.

I paired it with a curado 301 and use it for jerkbaits and gliders but it throws just about anything very well.

Really nice rods. I was impressed with the versatility of the 8' Heavy last season. It works jerks and gliders really well and can toss rubber and bucktails if needed as well. 8' 10" Heavy is a great bucktail rod.

I use the 8'6" X heavy and I use it for everything. The action is nice and fast. I have thrown everything from pounders to glide and jerks. I have mine paired with a Calcutta 400 TE. I have had them for two years. The most durable rod I have ever had. The eyelets hold up and the rods over all weight is light. My Custom X's have landed plenty of 50+"ers and can handle any and everything you can throw at it. Being on the water 6 months out of the year at least six times a week is a true testament to their durability.

Great rods for throwing just about anything. I've been using these rods for 2 years now. I've been very impressed. Only thing I've never used these rods for is pounders! We throw bulldawgs and medussa's on them with ease. Great tip and amazing back bone. There trolling rods are unreal.. Really work great, especially trolling your bigger baits. Check them out!! You won't be disappointed!! Great price point as well!! I'd put these rods up against a St. Croix, any day of
the week..

I've used them exclusively for 2 years and love them. The 8' 10" H will throw everything from small buck tails to large size Hard Head/Mag Dawg. I'd stack them up against much higher priced rods.
