Thanks everyone. I can't wait to get a fish on something homemade. I have heard it is very rewarding. Does anybody have suggestions for blades for big thump? Opposite of the willow.

Chad,
Good work for start.
Single Colorado 10, .025 gauge will give you more then enough vibration and thump.
If you want even more thump try the same size .040 gauge blade.
Did you use .051 wire form on those spinnerbaits?

Yea I did. My mold does not accept .062 or whatever the next biggest is. Do people just grind or file it out to accept the larger wire?

Yes that sounds right. I am almost positive it is the .051 wire but could be wrong.
