Location: Chippewa Falls, WI | Hey guys,
Im going to be ordering a few bucktails and at least one spinner from Gerry. I know a little about spinners and certain blades but I'm looking for some advice. I'll preface the question knowing that most good sticks will say there's a time and place for each/all but I'm not looking to do that just yet. I will be using the spinner for fishing rocks (LOTW) and some weeds (mostly dark flowages). I have a funky chicken with two colorado's now and am looking for another spinner that will fish well in mostly dark or stained waters. I know a willow won't throw as much vibration but I can fish it faster and keep it faster at deeper running depths. Gerry has a particular spinner that I like but it looks to have two large indiana blades and one smaller colorado. Just wondering if any of you have experience with this particular spinner setup or just general thoughts comparing spinners with indiana, willows, or colorado blades and what the pros and cons of each are.
Thanks,
adubs |

Location: ON | I like willows for weeds. They snake through a lot nicer with their tighter rotation. You can fish them fast.
Stained water and rocks. Colorados or mag blades. Indianas fish nice also. |

| If it's for LOTW then you want a #9 willow blade, black/orange for color. |

| for inline and spinnerbait i always choose coloraDO OVER A WILLOW,just because it make more vibration and it caught more fish.if i need something that need to go deeper i just add more lead |
