Dave's reel service sells them with the counter weights on them...pricey but they are nice handles and the counterweight is a necessity, I put an ej handle on my 301e and it auto-engages a lot on the cast if I'm not paying attention to the handle position prior to the cast.

I picked one up on here for cheap like 25 bucks, you may be able to find one that way
