Posts: 17 | There have been some posts in the past about the best way to get a plastic tail or grub onto a treble hook. Here at Esox Assault, we feel we've solved the problem with our Killer Tails. It's simply a grub that has a 1/8" hole molded through the body so it slips right onto the shank of the hook. The tail is offset so as to not get in the way of the hook. It's a simple and elegant way to get a trailer grub to ride perfectly on the hook. I'll post pics, but we also have a video on the Esox Assault and Chaos Tackle Facebook pages showing the Tails. Hope this helps. Attachments ---------------- ![]() ![]() ![]()

Posts: 114 | ... and a great way to turn any hard tail glider into a soft tail and back!! the smaller ones seem to work better as they give great tail action without inhibiting the width of the glide like larger and wider tails will - very cool innovation

Posts: 427 Location: Planet Meltdown | Are the 6" tails good for Double Cow Girls or would the 7.5" be better?

Posts: 1243 Location: Musky Tackle Online, MN | The 7.5" would be better for Double Cowgirls, per the guidelines that Esox Assault uses. They recommend the 6" on trebles in the 2/0 to 5/0 size. And the 7.5" for 6/0 and larger. Aaron
