where ever i look for a listing of flipping sticks they say 1+ piece. can someone explain to me what this 1+ means?

Lots of flippin sticks are telescoping. 1+ probobly means one piece, but can be made smaller.

My guess is that they actually say 1t which means that it is indeed a telescoping rod. Most Flippin' sticks are made this way. The reason for this is so that they will fit in everyones rod locker. Most rod boxes now accomodate longer rods but such was not always the case.
