Location: in front of my comp | BUm...HAve the 8' Aurora and just love it, a great rod for casting larger baits and great for trolling, you can't go wrong... |

Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | I second the emotion on the 8' Aurora. Tougher than any 8'er I've handled, can chuck anything but the Mag Dawg, and that it can do OK. Still alot of touch on the rod though from having more guides than the usual rod.

Location: Washington, PA | Great rod for the money. You can throw pretty much anything with it, except for the light stuff. Great rod for big crankbaits and bucktails. Also a great topwater rod and trolling rod. I love mine. |

Location: Chicago | Does anyone know the rating of this rod in relationship to the weights of lures? Could one, if so inclined, use this rod for heavier baits such as the Mag Dawgs or HR Shakers?
