Location: Appleton, WI | Yes they've been made in small quantities for testing and are ready to go. Running depth of 3 to 5 feet versus the normal versions 8 feet. Look for them in a full line of colors at the shows this winter. |

| The older ones harder rubber equals less hook ups. The new ones are a lot better |

The prior owner is the one that switched to the new softer, lighter Medussa we have today. Just saying.
The older medussa was far superior and I have an old school shalliw medussa with the old mold and plastic and its the bomb. Hope the new man at the helm is going to make the changes needed to right the ship with the medussa, which he is doing from what I understand. |

Prior owner was the one who changed the composition of the rubber used. |

| Here is the deal with the "new" plastic. Its not new to this owner at all. Its what was made before he took over. You dont sell a company and all of a sudden have new product. This was in circulation way before he took it over. It will be in circulation for awhile, probably until its all sold out. He is now making these baits and making them BETTER than they ever were. I can assure you of this, because I know him very well and I see the work being put in. He is in the boat with me and other guides trying to absolutely perfect them and make them as fisherman friendly as possible. Between these and his Esox Assault baits, he is an absolute perfectionist. I can assure you that the end result of HIS VERSION of the baits will be the best ones to hit the market. Just knowing him and his work ethic and personality, I can tell you this. Ive been using them in my boat as he goes along and Im completely convinced of the product. As a matter of fact I was out a few days ago with Rick, and we were throwing dussas on a local lake and trying to perfect any imperfections and in the meantime putting fish in the boat. My point here is, before you get all excited and make opinions on the product, make sure you know the whole story. When he bought the company, they certainly did not empty all the shelves and throw away hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory just because its a new owner. And to answer the initial question, yes they are making shallow ones now. |

I still question if he used his own plastic for the newer ones out there that shred easily. I say this because I ordered some flashabou & hollow 6" grubs from him. I'm no expert on soft plastic but the plastic he uses to make his grubs looks, feels, & shreds just like the plastic on the new Medusa's that I bought from R&H. |

| Nope, two completely different entities. I have been to the "lab" where the grubs are poured. Not the same plastic or even the same "lab" where the new Medussas are being made. Since you order from Rick, I encourage you to call him and ask him about the baits. I know he would be willing to share all info. |
