temps were in the low 60's last trip to Hayward and the fish were moving on suckers. Then it warmed abit and they seemed to turn off, and were hitting tails.

Low 60's work great for me. Between myself and buddies already have over 12 in the boat on suckers this fall up to 45.5"

suckers work all times of year, i've caught fish in the upper 40" range on suckers w 75 degree water...
muskies like live bait.. if you can get em dunk em
