Any news on when these will be available? I noticed the schematics are available for both the citrix and komodo. From someone who knows these reels, would these suffice as a double 10 reel? Or should i just go ahead and purchase a revo/cal d. Only reason im asking is because i fish musky only a few times a year, so im deciding if the cheaper reel is the route to go.

Thanks

I would't a low profile bass reel like the citrix and komodo. There are only a few low profiles that can handle muskie lures, the abu garcia revo toro series, daiwa lexa, shimano tranx, shimano curado 300 (or something like that), and maybe a few others I'm missing, but I definitely wouldn't get those that you listed, unless you plan on bass fishing too and your really on a budget.

My $0.02
