I have splinters of the filler cap in my tilt and trim manifold/pump. Goes up strong, down very slow and with no power. I rebuilt and replaced every o-ring in unit. Didn't take pump apart. (no schematic)

If you have one to sell please let me know.

There are a few on ebay. Don't forget that a Mariner would work too.
