... tacos, stews, salads, shish kebabs… you can even sauté em’. There’s lemon pike, pike Creole… we can live right on the boat, we’re talking all the pike you can eat!

I got to try fish tacos, I've never had them. I think I'll plan a fish taco and venison fajita dinner and Corona to drink. A north country surf and turf with a Mexican twist. thanks for the thought Mr. Newman

I eat them all the time, either grilled or pan fried. Don't dress it like a traditional taco. My wife and I have messed around with a few different styles, but the best to me is this.

Season the filets with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne. Grill them on a HOT grill until they get a sear and start to flake. I pull them apart with a fork after I let them rest. To assemble:

Mango Salsa. Tomato doesn't go that well with them, in my opinion.
Traditional coleslaw mix, without dressing.
Sour cream mixed with a bit of cumin and lime.
Hot sauce of your choice.
Fresh cilantro.

Black Beans and/or guacamole is pretty good on there too. My wife usually makes avocado creme aka avocado and sour cream mixed up and seasoned a bit. That's pretty good too.
