Clear transparent lures.(See thru)

Can a fish see them or does the suns light still flash and reflect thru it?

Has anybody used a transparent lure?

YES! But...the fish were white bass. A buddy of mine had an old floating Mirror Lure w/ most of the paint missing; original color was red head white body. He busted a lot of fish on it, so we started removing the paint off new ones...you guessed it, one of the best white bass busters we ever used. Rockfish would on occasion hit them, breaking off our baits. They had little action, just pitch them in the river and twitch them a little. We also had success on the clear bodied Bombers for rockfish...all I know![:sun:]
