Try www.picresize.com

You don't have to download anything, it's completely online. And free. Right before you save the picture it'll tell you how many KB the old picture was and how many the new picture is so you can get it small enough to fit on here! Worked for me, hope it helps everyone else!

the resizing programs need to be set to 640X480 pixels.
