| Trying to talk the little lady into doing this trip, think it would be a lot of fun, especially after getting a chance to finaly meet a few of the guy's and gal's at the swap.
Was wondering what to expect weather wise for the trip.
She does "NOT" fish at all, but would like to spend some time in the boat in the afternoons taking in some of the beautiful scenery.
Thanks, |

| Ralph,
Glad to finally meet you at Dooley's. Like any weather in the midwest, I will be prepared for anything. It could be high skies, rain, hot, cold, calm, windy. I doubt it will be any single pattern for the whole week. Last year, GregM went up, and his (ex)girlfriend got quite a sunburn! Something about the straw that broke the camel's back.
Bring her along. She'll have a great time. There are enough women going that I'm sure she'll have something to do. LOTW is beutiful this time of year. There may even be Blueberries to pick, and I know there are some trails for hiking, and lot's of wildlife to see. |

| Shep,
It was good to finally meet you, I wish I could have stayed longer, looks like all the action started when I left.[:(]
I'm calling the lodge right now to see if I can still get them a deposit.
Take care! |
