Posts: 4053 Location: Land of the Musky | Very sorry about the late start for this. Had a job change, fishing shows, move, etc. Ok-so to the good stuff! Please vote for your favorite lures below. One vote per Muskies First member. These were the best 20 that were sent to me. Winner gets $100 in tackle from my website. If someone wins from outside of the USA I will pay for half of the shipping and the other half will come out of the $100. And yes, I do still have blanks left for sale. Voting ends on May 1 at 8pm CST. Posts: 171 | Brian Soares, incredible paint job. Very realistic. Were they kicking when you got done painting them? Would you be interested in painting up some Super Shad Raps and 10 inch Jakes in a few patterns?

Looks like is says age 6 and age 3 on those kids lures! If so they should win for that fact alone. Really nice baits everyone but the kids are impressive.

Location: WV | Very nice of you to host this contest -- the finished products look just great. Congrats to the winners. Great baits too, they catch fish! Here is a little guy I caught earlier this spring while testing out the trout patterned dingo: Attachments ---------------- P1020687_zps403c3f49.jpg (73KB - 236 downloads)

Posts: 113 | I know this is a week late but life got in the way. I just wanted to share a very cool thing that James from Tackle Industries did for my two boys’. As most of you know, he had a lure painting contest that he put on which had some amazing paint jobs submitted. (Congrats to Mark Wright, by the way, whose smallmouth bass looks so real that I swear it’s going to swim away on its own) I thought it would be fun for my boys, age 3 and 6, to paint up some of the blanks. We did and I sent James a picture of the results and he then put them in the contest. Well to make a long story short, my boy’s lures finished a “very close second” (wink, wink) and James sent them some lures for that. I cannot begin to tell you how excited and happy they were. When I told them about it and they had to call grandpa, their uncles and cousins to tell them what had happened. The bottom line is that James did a really cool thing for my kids and I wanted publicly thank him. He did not have to do anything; he did it out of the kindness of his heart. So thank you James, your generosity is greatly appreciated. Attachments ---------------- IMG_2347.JPG (86KB - 180 downloads)
