A friend of mine swears by these. Thinking of buying one, don't know if the "8" inch or the "6" inch is the way to go. Those of you that fish these, which size do you prefer and why?

Mine would be the 8" also. Not sure why this bait gets the attention of the fish but I have caught everything on it, from LM, SM, Eyes, NP & Ski's. I bought two to try and carry one in the boat all the time now.

I have been thinking of making this purchase lately myself. I don't have much by way of dive and rise. How do you all think the Sand Cat compares to the Raptor? I have been torn on which way to go....

I have both and used both. Both come in 6 & 8 inches and pretty much work the same. In my opinion the raptor rises way to fast but i love the action it has.... How about just get one of each and try them both out for yourself. You will not be disappointed in either.

you think the raptors rise to quick? i have both the six and eight inch and have not been able to use them on a lake yet, but in the river i was pretty impressed with the hangtime on the eight inch raptor, the six inch rises faster but quit a bit slower than a nine or seven inch suick or other jerks i have thrown.

i have never used the sand cats tho and prolly need to get one someday :D
