I buy my polycarbonate lips from LPO. They must be pressed out because the edges are rough. It is hard to sand the edges smooth. Is there a place to buy lips with smoother edges or do I need to cut my own out of sheets?

I've gotten a couple on one occasion from Moore's Lures at [email protected]. He also has an on line 2013 catalog. Just google Moore's Lures.

It dosnt matter if you make your own or buy them, they will at sometime need to cleaned up. I hit mine on the disc sander to smooth them out only takes a few seconds.
