 – Any chance this weather will allow the Chain to become fishable – by boat? Does anybody know the ice conditions today? Is there a possibly or just wishful thinking on my part?

That is just wishful thinking.

Drove over it this evening (12/18). Even with the mid 50 temps and rain......still ice.
