Tried once with bad luck. LONG time to get reels back and they didn't fix them. this was my only experience, so maybe i hit them on a bad day...

Used multiple times, with only 2 bad experiences. They can't seem to keep my saltists running right, but my 6500s and Calcuttas work great afterwards. Lighting quick turnaround.
I'm sending my reels to Pikemaster this winter. You always hear great things about him. |

If you didn't already know, about 70% of reels needing to be fixed from Trails End Bass Pro go to Wayzata Bait and tackle in Minnetonka. So If you had a bad experience with them, and with wayzata, I would put money on the fact that they were probably one in the same... |

I'm going to drop off some reels to his house over the the next week or so. I'll get his contact info and post it here. I hope he is still in business. He does great work for not much $. |
