| Not Latiano I think.
Had one of these,it was quite heavy and mine acted in a dive and rise manner; no matter what I couldn't get any side to side motion in there at all.
Got mine in the late 80's or early 90's if that helps narrow the field.
The coloration on the side reminded me of something like prism tape.
If I recall correctly, the company wasn't around too long.
Thought it was called a Brute but nope,....Beast maybe?

| Looks like a caasen big tuffy jerk,think they were sold in the late '80's mostly by the Muskie Fever catalog in Minnesota. |
