Random quote: Muskies are nasty. They stink. They taste bad. They are hard to catch and will disappoint even the most devoted angler. The lures required cost more than some women's jewelry. The rods and reels require a remortgage of the house. The boat is always worth more than the tow vehicle. Sure beats the hell out of golf.

Anyone here make and sell lure blanks? I am looking for a 6 or 7 inch minnow type. Intend on using them for twitching or cranking shallow 2-4 ft. Thanks

I have a couple lure blanks I would sell to you---I bought these a couple of years ago and finished a few for myself and have a couple extra's----I have a crankbait lure already weighted ( you would have to add hook hangers and whatever style lip you want--but it is already slotted for a lip so that is easy ) and I also have a couple glidebait style bodies that you would have to add weight and hook hangers on. Fun project as I did a few and caught some fish on them---Now after getting started I am making my own---- $ 5 ea for the bodies and I will pay the shipping.---All are like 6" long. JIM
