Looking to buy or trade for one or two Hoosier top water Baits. Not sure of the name of the lure,???? But the lure has a metal type Hulla Popper style metal lip on it and stays on the surface and does the standard walk the Dog action.......Anyone have one for sale let me know please.......Will Buy or Trade your choice. thanks Mike Sr.
