I,m looking at a new boat and i would like a E-tec 130 on it but i don,t know if it's possible .Also i would like a 8 or 9 horse kicker but it looks like the factory does'nt install one.!Brochure says no Hamby Keel protector available.I would like to order from factory as i,m 49 and this will be my last boat i hope and want everything done at the factory if possible.Anybody own one and reviews? Any info would be appreciated.I,m think i,m going to a tiller over my previous SC models. Thanks

Pretty sure you have to have a yammy on a skeeter.

Buddies have one. Fishes nice. Finish of the boat leaves something to be desired

I own a 2009 WX2000T which as far as I know the only year they were rated for a 150 but I still only have the Yamaha 115. Every other year should be rated for a 115 max. Have a yamaha T8 kicker on starboard side, Vantage 80 on portside, and Terrova 80 on bow. If I were to do it again I would of went with 36 volt 101 pound trollers but I already had those from my other boat. But the 80# do move the boat just fine. With the 115 fully loaded with muskie gear, 40 gallons of fuel, 3 guys, and stock stainless prop can run 37-38. Running solo I can just touch 40 in perfect conditions.

Thanks guys, If yammy had a 130Hp i would probably do it.I would like 40 MPH fully loaded with 3 guys and fuel, gear ect but would like to back off on the throttle a little to save fuel and engine life. I don,t want to run the 115 balls out and really don,t want to go up to a 150.In the middle would be perfect and thanks for the advise.I,ll go with the 101 # terrova. It,s just a shame a guy can,t get his own motor combo! Merc owns Yammy i think who owns Skeeter. The companies want their cake and eat it too!
