| After seeing that picture of the Mille Lacs monster I'm thinking I need to "size up" some of my lures...wow.
Anyhow, I'm using a TI MH 9' rod and having a bit of a difficult time casting smaller bucktails - I'm talking about 3/4 to 1 oz. Musky Killers, Giant Killers, Baby Girl's, etc.
Anybody have any creative ways to add more weight to these smaller offerings?

Location: Bemidji, Lake Vermilion | Try using a Stealth weighted leader. I used a 1oz one a lot this year with smaller bucktails and spinnerbaits. |

| rubber core sinkers work good as does coiled lead,bell sinkers but the stealth weighted leaders are the way to go.. |
