I'm in Afghanistan, trying to order a few rods for my leave at the the end of Nov. and couldn't get the paypal to work. I emailed James, and he got the problem solved right away. Absolutely outstanding! Thanks James!
I just hope the water is soft enough to use the new rods while I'm home! |

| And this is an example of is why he has that great reputation! I am new to musky hunting and only get out a couple times a year. Being on a budget, I bought some TI gear and love it! I fished with a friend who is a guide and he was quite impressed with the 9 foot XH 2 piece I bought from TI, as well as the bucktails. Hopefully I never have to experience any customer service needs, but it's nice to know that it will be handled well if I do. |
