Just curious on what everyone's thoughts are on the weighted/unweighted big daddy? In the dive and rise post I dont recall anyone mentioning them. A clear majority of you all went with suicks or bobbys and I was curious as to how these baits work? thanks guys

I also stick w/ suick and bobby... trying to jerk the big daddy made my arm and wrist hurt pretty bad... they just pull way too hard.

I have a few. They are nice baits and fish will eat them. I still use suicks and bobbies alot too. I like the Weighted Big Daddy for getting really deep. Also, they are nice for people who haven't used dive/rise baits because they seem to not require alot of tuning.

They have kind of a cult following. I am a member! I like both weighted and non, weighted when the water cools. You can get them deep if you keep a tight line and long pulls. What I like is you can play with the tail and make em do a wiggle/shimmy/shake that no bobbie can match. I do like bobbies btw...Muskies eat em,try it,you might be surprised.
