Is there anything for flushing out water in your oil instead of just changing a few times?

which oil? 4 stroke crancase? Lower unit? 2 stroke oil reservoir?

If it's 4 stroke crankcase, if you leave it sit for a few days, the oil will float on the water, and the water should be the first to come out when you pull the drain plug. Same with lower unit.

+1 on what Shep said... Let it sit for a few days, drain and refill.

I'd first have to ask,.... WHY do you have Water in your Oil ?

That doesn't sound good at all.
