I was wondering what people's thoughts were on UV coating? I've seen the following products & stores:

http://www.jacksjigs.com/powderpaintuvblast

http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/CS_Coating_UV_Blast_Clear_Seal_Coat/...

http://www.luremaking.com/catalogue/catalogue-index/catalogue-items...

http://www.luremaking.com/catalogue/catalogue-index/catalogue-items...

http://www.fishvisionpaint.com/catalog/

These guys appear to have all of 'em:

http://csipaint.com/

Does anyone have any opinion as to which they feel is better, more durable, effective?

Similarly, any recommendations on where to buy?

Thanks
Beaver

I used EX-74 that is made by the Envirotex people, and all I noticed is that it bubbled lots more and cracked more than Envirotex Lite.
I'll see what happens after it sits in my basement for 10 years.
I must add....This was to protect your lures from sunlight, not add color to them.

The UV stuff is a complete waste of money IMO. I used the Pro-tech powder stuff for my walleye jigs & have used the spray stuff for other lures & couldn't tell a difference. If you think it will give you more confidence then go for it otherwise don't bother.
