when i plug in my charger the green charge complete light turns on but not the red charging light. i cant figure out how to get it to charge anymore.

Get a multimeter and check the output of the leads to see if it is charging.

Are the inline fuses on the charger to the batter(ies) OK?

mine did the same thing. i had my batteries checked and they were good so it was my charger. i have a xps 4/4 from basspro it worked good for 5 months then croaked.

Same thing here pro mariner, lasted a year. I'm on my 4th one, it says cabelas on it so they take it back, no questions asked. They redesigned a new one, it's lasted since march. We'll see!

Yes it is junk. Pro mariner chargers are junk. Do yourself a favor and go buy another brand of charger.

I dont know about any specific brand of charger, but I will agree with Slime King check your fuses. Nothing will ruin a great day on the water like a $.39 fuse. I now carry a spare fuse for everything on the boat especially the main fuse off the starting battery
