Hey guys, been cold with some rain the last couple days. What are water temps in the Webster area?

Surface temps on Webster today were 74-77 degrees. Anyone have a clue what the temps were further down in the water column? My scope didn't show a thermocline.

BTW - water clarity was about 8 inches.

74-77 depending on where you are at. The cool nights are really helping us out. Barbee had a major weed kill, and I'm sure Webster does too.

Gonna be a few days to cool off the water temps after this hot spell but i gotta hit it to pick up my gear before I hit the flowage at the end of September. Big girls should be moving soon up there.

I was out yesterday again and had temps up to 79 by 1pm. No fish sightings other than a floater.

Anybody planning on hitting the water this weekend? It's supposed to be a high of 70 between the two days...

Not when I've been seeing dead fish. I have alot more respect for them than that.
