What type of leader do you use for trolling fluorocarbon or wire?

we run floro or mono 5ft for trolling. check them after every fish for nicks. here on st clair running leaders too heavy can impede bait action.

Floro for open water trolling. Wire for wacking rock or other structure. Both I use 5' long leaders and I have John from Stealth tackle make them for me.
Good Luck,
