I broke one of LTM rods the other day and was really nervice how the warranty would work out.I headed up to the St.Croix factory store in park falls and had a brand new rod in my hands within 5 min. Couldn't be happier.Loved the rods before and now won't by anything but.Way to stand behind your product.Congrats to St.Croix.Just thought I'd share my experience. Russ

I have been buying St. Croix rods for at least the past 15 years or so. I have never had one break on a fish, but I have had a few break due to "unforseen circumstances". Every time I brought in my rod, it was replaced, no questions asked; even after the warrenty was expired. There are a lot good rod companies out there, and St. Croix has it's customer service department in order.
