If I were you, I would contact Ben Modica (Muskyfix). He makes them and will do his best to make any pattern you can think of. Great baits too!!!

I've got a custom color from Ben that I haven't fished yet that I might be willing to sell or yes definitely contact Ben Modica (MuskyFix) as he'll have what you want or build one for you. Great baits, I must have about a dozen - great guy too.
