Hey folks-

I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for a pedestal seat... I've got the cheap, basic pedestal seat on my boat, and it's not very good. Would really like to replace it with something that can can stand up to 6+ hours of fishing, and not feel like I'm sitting on a piece of plywood (which I essentially am, at that point). Are there any that you would recommend?
Thanks!
Shep

I don't sit on my pedastal. I lean against it. The style like the lindners use always intrigued me. Look like they proviode nice lower back support.

Big thing is to get a power pedastal so you can adjust its height throughout the day.

I saw just saw that one! Looks interesting. I don't really 'sit' on the pedestal that often, but it's probably a 30 degree lean. As such, the little bit of padding there is gets pushed to the back, and I end up leaning on the plywood right under my butt. Gets a little sore after awhile!
I was wondering about something like this- http://www.amazon.com/Wise-Blast-Series-Lean-Seat/dp/B004PG1UFY/ref...
Or this- http://www.amazon.com/Wise-Casting-Deck-Pro-Seats/dp/B004WIS14S/ref...
Anyone use anything like these?
