Location: Green Bay, WI | Although it's not a musky, I found a very nice pair of videos on fish anatomy. They are of a narrated dissection, performed by a very experienced instructor. The fish is a Barracuda, but the anatomy should be very similar to a musky. Certainly worthwhile to watch.

Location: Green Bay, WI | No problem Al. I was most impressed by how long the kidney is, and also the relative size of the swim bladder. It would have been very cool if they had dissected at 50-55" Barracuda, as then things probably would have been very similar in size to those we might see if we dissected a musky of similar proportions.
It's too bad that someone hasn't videotaped a dissection of a muskellunge. There have been a number of fish that have been found dead from VHSv, for instance, and it would be very educational had one of the researchers studying those fish videotaped their dissection. We certainly don't want anyone to sacrifice one of these fish just to show the dissection, but if the fish was found dead already then why not make the best of it?
