I got some new paint in today, thought i would try my hand at a Shad pattern. The silver scale in the light makes the blue scale look like they are not there, but as the light angle changes the blue scale shows through.

What do everyone think?

I too would give it an A+! Looks like a great Sexy Shad pattern. However, not really a true shad pattern; shad don't have yellow in them. That will get bit though!

No yellow/gold?? Look closely at these two examples....Gizzard and American shad. Not sure about anyone else, but I certainly see yellow

Your sample size is very small...

Everyone sees color differently I guess. Like I mentioned earlier, the swimbait looks terrific!
