Location: Green Bay, WI | Not to be a schill for their store or anything, but the guys at Smokey's On The Bay here in Green Bay, have a nice selection of them in there. There have been a couple threads about the shop here, but I don't know there number. I have one of the owner's cell phone number though, so if you're interested I can get you the number. I think the price is within the range you mentioned, but I am not 100% sure. You could just call them, as they have like four different models.
Just an option for you, as they are one of the few places I've seen with these in stock.
