Subject: HDS 5 trails?

so i have 2 hds 5 units, one at the helm and one at the bow. the one at the bow shows the lake map chip contours and the boat triangle, but does not leave a trail along as i move? It shows the little triangle moving along the lake but doesnt leave a trail behind like the one at the helm? is this just a feature i have failed to turn on or is there something wrong with the unit? The one at the bow is a lake insight unit if that matters at all?

Hit the page button then the right arrow until you see (waypoints and trails) at the top.. I havent touched mine in months, but I think its Pages, then right 4 times?

You can set whatever color you want the trail to be, delete them, name them etc..
