Location: Elko - Lake Vermilion | I would say that if you can Guarantee first place money, than the event would be more likely to draw more people to it. And possibly draw a full field of teams.

Maybe I missed it, but are you talking a one time Tournament or a series of Tournaments ?
If just one, is it one a year or just once and done? Just checking. Could make a difference in how it's all done.
